Hi Guys,

I subscribed to a few KB articles to find out when the error has been fixed or an update has been applied. I just received an email like this.

Dear Peter Sheridan,

Your subscription to "TECH171994 - Unable to install Deduplication Option after hotfix 167567 is installed. Error 1328...." has been updated in SymWISE.
The following updates have been made since 12/14/2011.

If you wish to cancel your subscription:
1) Visit http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=home.
2) Login, if you have not already.
3) Click the "Manage Subscriptions" from the right side "My Support" menu.
4) Click on "Unsubscribe" option next to the subscription you wish to remove.

I go to the link and it takes me to the KB article, but I don't know what has changed since the last time I looked at it. How to other interpret these emails and know what has actually changed?

Thanks

Peter
