Endpoint Protection

Hello all,

I am looking for clues on error reported on the command status reports, stating under details column, SUB_STATE_106.  This error only shows when performing a remote scan on the client system. 

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Our internal notes (4/22/09) state this error is under investigation.

Somehow I find "...this error is under investigation." posted over 30 days ago a remarkably unsatisfactory answer.

Did you fire the tech who programmed this error code?

Did Symantec lose the error codes master table?

Cycletech are you part of Symantec or do you belong to some other organization?

And then, why is this utterly useless error placed in the "Details" column?  The error code is for programmers not end users.  It certainly is not "Details".

I am an employee of Symantec. My roll here is to find answers, or at least any information that may help the customer resolve or understand their issues with our product. For this customers issue there was no information available for me to pass on.
I only found a reference that the error code was under investigation. I think it was better to pass on this info that this issue is being looked at, rather than not respond at all.
