Summary Reports blank

Hi all,
I'm having a problem pulling Summary Reports from IM Manager - they're all blank!
I haven't made any recent chances to the server and messages are still being logged to the SQL server (I checked the messages table and there's stuff from today there). I can pull other reports without a problem. I'm not sure what the issue is. I've searched this forum and Symantec's tech support area but came up empty. Any ideas?
IMM (build 8.4.1319) is running on Win Svr 2003. The DB is on a SQL 2005 server running Win Svr 2008. The only IM client we use is AIM. Let me know if you need anymore details.

I will give that a try, but we did restart the services and rebooted the server and neither fixed the problem. The SQL server was not rebooted at that time so the db was definitely available when the IMM services started. Thanks.

We just upgraded to a new server and the newest build of IMM, but are still having the problem. I enabled logging and I didn't see any of the errors listed in the article linked above. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
