Support Download Web Site Timing Out

I have had problems downloading patches for over two weeks now.  The web site is extremely slow and eventually times out.  I am attempting to download the 32bit version of BE 7170 Service Pack 2.  I was initially having problems with Service Pack 1 and in the time it took to FINALLY get that downloaded, there is now a Service Pack 2.
 
This is causing a work stoppage.  I have emailed my support contacts and they have directed me back to the web support.  It is extremely difficult to determine how to report this problem.

I too have been attempting to download this service pack for the last few hours and it keeps timing out. We have an 8MB ADSL line and other downloads are ok. Did you get any sensible answer from Symantec on this problem? It is pretty poor if you cannot get the sp downloaded.

I left my computer downloading at work. Hope I dont return to a time out.
 
Symantec support in general is prettt poor.
