  • 1.  Support ID for Uploading Infected File

    I want to submit a suspected infected file thru https://submit.symantec.com/websubmit/gold.cgi .

    Anybody knows, where I can find my Support ID? I have Symantec Protection Suite license certificate. There is RTSM ID/Support ID entry in it (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). When I submit upload form, it said not valid support ID.

    Please please, help me.

    You will need to call Symantec to get this.

    Support ID  should be of 12 digit number.
