    Hi 

    I'm using Symantec End Point protection (150 user license) for our office. i would like to know how i can find which support option currently i have. the product is going to expire  next month. before that i need to renew the license and need 50 more new license with essential support option. pls help me to find the support option.

    sep 11 does not require any licensing file, 

    you need to register it , https://licensing.symantec.com

    better to call symantec licensing team,,,,

    contact the symantec partners for the requirement, if you do not know directly anyone from symantec.
