    Hi Guys,

    How can i get support from symantec and how can i log the call into symantec.

    can it possible to get online and remote support from symantec.
    phone support.
    and how much time they are taking after logging call.

    its bit urgent.

    can say exactly about the hold time, technical issues take time to resolve.
    what problem you are facing by the way?

    1. You can log a case by calling support on the local support no.  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/contact_techsupp_static.jsp
    2. YOu can log a case online  :https://mysupport.symantec.com/
