Currently we do not have a Mobile Security product supported on Nokia s60 5th edition, Symbian OS 9.4.

My recommendation is to call in and open a case with Symantec technical support regarding OS version support.  A TSE may be able to research and provide more information on where s60 5E is on the product road map.  Additionaly, having customer cases attached to an issue or enhancement request helps to add weight to an issue.
