    Hello all,

    I have created a support ticket in the SEP small business cloud site.

    How long does it usally take to get an answer?

    Do you have an account manager or SE you can engage? Did you say the ticket was critical? If so, a call back should be coming soon. Otherwise it could take 1-2 business days.

    it depends on the serverity of the issue... did you rais it as 1?

    for faster resolution give them a call and reference the ticket number

    I have called the support, handed over ticket nr and they solved the problem.
