How long does it usally take to get an answer?

Do you have an account manager or SE you can engage? Did you say the ticket was critical? If so, a call back should be coming soon. Otherwise it could take 1-2 business days.
it depends on the serverity of the issue... did you rais it as 1?
for faster resolution give them a call and reference the ticket number
