Hi:

 

Sometimes the tape shows me the type support in BLANK? attach a picture, now says LTO, sometimes says BLANK

Do some of your tapes have barcodes on them while others don't? Have they been inventoried?

Yes, I do inventory, eliminating the information is the only way  I solve for  Backup Exec to recognize it again

Si las cintas no son nuevas, o sea, ya estuvieron en rotacion, ejecuta un catalogo antes de formatearlas.

Si las cintas son nuevas, recien salidas de fabrica, ejecuta un formateo rapido.
