    I know I cant disable tamper notifications, but can i stop them from generating and emailing out notifcations?

    You can kill the alert if you wish.

    Monitors >> Notifications >> Notifications Conditions

    Should be one called "Client Security Alert" if you edit it it may have "Application Control events" checked, which will include tamper protection. You can adjust or get rid of if you wish.

    That will also disable USB attachment alerts, correct?

    No. There is a separate box for "Device Control events" that you can enable/disable.

    Ah ok, can you tell me what other notifications are checked under application control events? I cannot find anything helpful online saying what each section under client security alerts monitors for.

    IPS, firewall, application and device control, and I believe host integrity events.
