Has anyone had success suspending Bitlocker with an NS7 task? I keep getting error that it cant find manage-bde.exe.

However from a command prompt with admin rights I can run this command no problem to suspend and enable bitlocker.

"manage-bde.exe" -protectors -disable c:

"manage-bde.exe" -protectors -enable c:

I know that prior to SP5 UAC could block tasks run as a user.

Whats odd, DS 6.9 can handle these commands just fine.

That should let you know whether or not it's an issue (DS usually runs as local system). Of course if you are at SP5, it supposed to be fixed.

I am running SMP SP5. I have tried running the task with local system and with the Altiris Service account which has admin rights on the laptops.

The clients are Windows 7 64-bit.

they confirmed that this issue was addressed by SP5, however for detailed troubleshooting they request that you contact support.
