    Hello,

I just received email from customer that SWG is EOL. Limited support will last for 2 years and end of support will be in 3 years. While that was not unexpected, as a partner, I did expect to recive a notice from Symantec before the customers?

    Best regards,

The exact date of EOL was not solidifed until that week. We do not announce it beforehand in case we need to change the date for any reason

They have not solidified a transition plan for any products yet, since there are still two more software updates to be released and we will continue to support the product until 2019. The most likely candidate for customers to switch to would be the Web Security.cloud product, since it is very similar to Web Gateway's proxy mode.
