Good afternoon, We are not being able to associate existing LDAP Workgroups, to new policies, or create new one using "Other" function. Web Gateway is locked on a "IT Department" group. We need this working ASAP. Thank you, NM
Has a user that is a member of one of those security groups browsed the web through the SWG? That drop-down list doesn't populate with everything it sees in your LDAP environment. We have to see someone browse through the SWG who is a member of those groups in order for them to populate in the drop-down list. Also, if there are more than 100 groups, we will not populate them and you will need to manually enter them.
