    Hi,

    Unfortunately, im not able to see a report or details of the host and URL they visited. what else that i missed? 

    Please attached screenshot of my configuration

    Swg is connected on the accessed port of the switch.

    Do you have any policies set up? There needs to be a policy telling the SWG to monitor or block traffic. Any 'Allows' will result in nothing being logged for that category. You also need Content Filtering licensed to be able to get the website categories to log, otherwise we are just doing malware scanning.
