  • 1.  Switch from virtual machine to boot camp

I used to run PGP WDE on my Mac with a boot camp partition running windows.  I switched to a virtual machine running parallels awhile back and I am not getting good results.  I want to switch back to the boot camp setup and I noticed the recent verison of PGP that I got for the 10.6.8 update doesn't have the pgp desktop installer for windows.  I looked back to my original order earlier this year because I had the windows installer there, but the LEMS page no longer shows my old downloads.  How do I get a copy of the winows installer?  And just to verify, I will have to follow the procedure of decrypting the whole drive before creating the boot camp partition and instlling windows, right?  Then I can install windows and pgp deskto in windows, and finally re-encryt the drive again.  Sound about right?

This PDF may help with seeing what software you are eligible to download.  You will need to decrypt before installing Windows, and you will need to also install PGP on the Windows partition before encrypting the disk.  Please see this Knowledge Base Article.

Thanks, the pdf seems to have everything I need to know.  Haven't done it yet, but I will follow the steps and make sure I can still get the package before starting the boot camp procedure.  Also saw the knowledge base article and it seems to have the steps I recall using, thanks for the reference.
