  • 1.  Switching a client between user mode and computer mode

    Hi All,

     I had tried to switch a client system  from user mode to computer mode in my sepm 12.1.4 console, But the option of user mode to computer mode is hide.

    My sepm synchronize with directory servers.

     

    Please help urgently..

    Is this enterprise or sbe? Sbe doesn't have this option. Are you full admin?

    They have Symantec endpoint protection installed..??

    Are you using Limited admin rights ?

    Some client computers run in User Mode instead of Computer Mode when Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is synched with Active Directory

    @ .Brian : It is enterprise.

     

    @ Rafeeq : Yes that system is having latest antivirus installed.

     

    @ James: I have full admin rights.

     

    My sepm is AD integrated and switch to computer mode option is hide.
