Thanks, but I do not know my Support Number, we get our symantec products from our parent company, and technical support cant even log a call without the number.
Its quite frustrating because all I want to do is to use a tool that should've been part of the system in the first place.  Oh well, if anybody has the tool let me know.

This tool is in the second cd under the tools folder. there is a another folder beneth it called nosupport. You'll find th sylinkdrop.exe in there.
