I am having problems with some computers on my network. They are not updating from the managed server. I have tested the connection and everything seems fine but the updates are not coming in. The only way I can get them to update is to uninstall symantec and then reinstall it again. Can someone help me fix this issue?

Since uninstalling

Since uninstalling reinstalling client works, you many want  to clean the curropted virus definitions:

Stop all the  Symantec Services.

Go to C:/Program files/Common files/Symantec Shared/Virusdwefs  folder, and  delete all its  contents.

Start the services
