I have removed email protection but my problem is not resolved. please help me

Can you share error code ?

Do any of the pop-ups mention spam-related reasons for failure?

Many Unexpected Pop-Ups from Symantec Email Proxy are Displayed

Have you removed only the POP3/SMTP plugin or the Outlook plugin as well?
