    Dear readers,

     

    Symantec Advanced Threat Protection: Trail License file removed from email

    I received my license file mail, but it doesnot contain an attachment. I am afraid the zip file has been removed by a virusscanner.

    Is there a way to download the license file?

    You'd need to contact support. They may be able to get access for you in a different way.

    I don't know why they would do that. Explain to them what you think is happening and ask them what they recommend. Do you know for sure it is being blocked by one of your security layers? Can you get it whitelisted if so?
