    2. Or you can use Altiris Diagnostics locally on client computer, after enabling it:
    • "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXNSAgent.exe" /diags

    Then mouse right click menu on Agent systray icon ⇒ Diagnostics ⇒ Log Viewer
