yesterday I had a pre-sales meeting with one of our customers. They're intrested about the Symantec App Center, and the SaaS deployment. They asked about the legal background. They afraid about loosing our data (maybe NSA), and the Hungarian Financial Services Authority need to know exactly where's the Bank' data (EU or in the US). I found the Symantec App Center terms and conditions: http://www.symantec.com/theme.jsp?themeid=app-center-hosted-trial-terms but there's no any useful information. So I'd be happy if someone can give me any relevant information. I guess the problem is the same with the Symantec.cloud products.
