    I run Symantec AntiVirus 10.1.5.5000 Client, WinXP, Office2003:Outlook with Email-auto-protect.

     

    We develepment SW with cygwin make.exe, but when we run make.exe, the make and other exe can not get CPU 100%, only 3-4%.

    Sometime, if we turn off Outlook2003, then, it will come up to 100%, but some time still 4%;

    If we uninstall Symantec AntiVirus 10.1.5.5000 Client,100% back;

     

    I use perfmon.msc do diag, I found that Avg. Disk Queue length go up to 3, while the normal application only use 0.016,  

    I use filemon and processexplorer from sysinternals.com to monintoring, disk usage, I can only see that rtvscan.exe and csrss.exe and lsass.exe use the disk with a very small data transfer,it is ";others" instead of read and write, these, make me pluzzed,

     

    So that case make.exe process finished slower 600%, the PC can not use,Please help
