i have to Update a lot of Clients (>1800) from Symantec AntiVirus 10.1.x to 10.1.9 and i think that some Clients will get an problem with the remove  of the old version.
I know that it is possible to remove the Client software manually, but this is a lot of work. Do you have an Tool to remove the Client installation?
Or have i to write my own script to remove all the registry keys and all the other entries and files....
