    I am the admin for a system where I am experimenting with a new method for this location.  Prior to my arrival they were doing individual installations.  Now since my arrival on the scene, they want me to do remote installations of Symantec Antivirus through Remote Installations through the Symantec Console.  I have attempted to do the remote installations, but I am having issues.  I have attempted to and failed to the point where the Symantec AV on my test system cannot find the parent server.  The system I am testing is Vista and I did the remote installation of 10.2 since it is Vista compatible.  But where does the pki and root certificates and grd.dat files go in Vista.  And why is that the parent server is not visible in NAV and also the system is not visible in the Symantec console?  Please help.  I am at my wits end.....
