Symantec Antivirus Scan Engine 5.2 Admin page does not load

I have installed the Symantec Antivirus Scan Engine on 4 systems but each I failed to get the admin page to load. I have followed the installation procedures to the letter. Is there anything that I need to be aware of how to get the admin page to load. Unable to use the product as I am unable to enter the license details
