Symantec Antivirus Tray Icon Missing

Hello....

I'm Using Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10.1.6.6000, And i'm unable to view tray icon on task bar.

So pls, help meeeee...............

To enable the system tray

To enable the system tray icon in Symantec System Center

Right-click the server group, client group, or parent server in the Symantec System Center console

Click All Tasks> Symantec AntiVirus> Client Administrator Only Options.

Click Show Symantec AntiVirus Icon on Desktop

Click OK.

pete-i have already configured the setting which u have suggested.

I think u are not getting my Issue right.... I dont have Issue for User Interface, i have issue for vptray Icon which lays on Task bar

did you check the registry value

  1. Go to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Intel\Landesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\AdministratorOnly\General
     

  2. In the right pane, double-click the following value:

    ShowVPIcon
     

  3. Change the value to 1.
