Symantec Antivirus V10 Liveupdate Window 2003 server

My Symantec Antivirus V10 Liveupdate is set to update daily, When we have a power failure and the ups runs out and the system goes down and I startup the server the liveupdate setting changed to weekly. How do I fix this.
Settings should not change
Settings should not change after a reboot...
Did you try to restart the server manually and check the settings.. Is it changing...
