    Hi Rafeeq,

Thank you for quick response. As per our scenarion, there are SEP clients and GUPs that are outdated for almost 60 days. Currently, content revisions was set to 90. I assume, outdated SEP clients for 60 days will download full definition. We would like to know what is the actual size. Thanks.

On the other hand you can use the GUP monitor tool or enable loggin on the apache side, it will show you the kBs transfered to the clients

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/sepm-12-apache-logging-show-content-size-sent-clients

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Content Distribution Monitor / Group Update Provider (GUP) monitoring tool

That appliles to SEPM also, as it changes everyday you cant say exactly what I have seen is 550 to 600 MB

A full VirusDefs update package down the network pipe is now up to 560 MB during the last week.

Also note that once installed that same full set of just the "VirusDefs" current uses approx. 993 MB of disk, so practically 1 GB, nearly 9-10 times larger than most other major vendors.

No there isn't for all the years I've had to support these products, and any such articles would be years old and not accurate.
