I have 2003 server Holding Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition 10.0.05,
Its located at the Headquarter main office.

I have WAN network around the country in different cities, and its connected through Lease connection, all communication fine between the different subnets as well as Ping command.

The symantec server, the symantec server able to reach any another subnet inside the LAN/WAN, and all clients as well are able to access the Symantec server, even the ping command working fine.

MY MAIN PROBLEM is: there is a specific subnet at another city not able to reach my Symantec server, there is no client at that subnet is able to access my Symantec server, also the ping command giving: Request time out!!

even this subnet router is able to ping my router, and my Symantec server!!!
so the problem only between the client on that subnet, and my Symantec server!!

I didt traceroute from that client to my symantec server, and i founded that the traffice reaching my router then stoped!!!

also i tried to make in my network another server as Symantec server, to let these clients at the another subnet to try to connect to this new server, and its worked find!! because these clients can ping or communicate with any another server or client at my network!

so the problem with this clients at that subnet in the another city, with this symantec server only!!

I need your help guys, what to do? where to focuse on to solve the issue?because its not Routing issue?!is it virus?is DNS?the solution has to be on this server itself i think!

F.Y.I i did nothing as new configuration or updates on my network or on the server!!it was working fine!!!
