Symantec Backup Exec 2012

Hi all,
We have a total of 6 physical servers "windows based" and would like to acquire backup exec. as far as licensing, do i need one backup exec server license and 5 agent licenes? please advise on the licensing model,

You will require 1 Core Product license for the media server and 1 Remote agent license per remote
server.If you want to take backup of any application than you need application specific license.
For eg: To backup 1 Exchange server you will need 1 Agent for Application & Database license

In addition if those remote servers run an application that needs the Agent for Application & Database License then this allows you to backup the file system as well so you won't need a standard agent licesne as well for that server
