Symantec Backup sometime got disconnect

Dear Friends,

   I am using Symantec BAckup exec and have A problem  when I run first attempt backup always got disconnect status and become fail, so I try rerun the backup gain and always the secod one is success.

  And I have this error code : Server Task srd00sv017 ==> message error windows agent no detected on server

Make sure you have updated BE11d 7170 with SP5 and also check if the remote agent is up to date.
