Endpoint Protection

One of my company's sub domain website has received a warning rating from Safe Web and then I have tried to request a re-evaluation of our web site.

The problem is the linked site "www.blog.carlostravel.pl" in warning url "http://webtsf.bidbuy.co.kr/translation/?bbOpt=100011&bbUrl=http://www.blog.carlostravel.pl/motoryzacja-na-kubie-%e2%80%93-garstka-ciekawostek/comment-page-1/" and "webtsf.bidbuy.co.kr" is my companys site. "www.blog.carlostravel.pl" has not relation with my company's site at all. It is just a linked site. However, Because of the linked site, whole "bidbuy.co.kr" domain can not access with the symantec vaccine program.

What is the next step to slove the problem and how to unblock the other sites?

Does anyone know how to get this fixed with Symantec?
