Is Brightmail suspected spams your all mails or suspected one domain? did you try to add senders to good sender? and what is your spam mail level?

thanks for your reply, brightmail suspected spam no only block one domain, different emails (not all email, only few one) doamin were block.
Most I observed that office 2007 file attachment are mark as suspected spam.

In the compliance click attachment List > add you attachemnts for office files and try it please.
