We are facing some problem i am using symantec message filter 6.2 for spam controlling but
if some mail has Quarantine by symentec message filter how to trace specfic reson of quarantine particular mail mail

Do you have many policies that quarantine email? For instance are you using multiple compliance filters that put email in Spam Qaurantine?
