    Dear Concern,

     

    I have problem with my Symantec cloud Services account where I believe the account has been locked-out due to multiple failed login.

    I have contact Symantec Cloud Support but the operator said that agent are not available. Please try again.

    By any chance , any solution that help me to unlock account. This effect our company mail server.

     

    I really appreciate , if this issue can be solved. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Please be aware that if an email address is registered for the login then you can use the Self-Serve password reset option. Having trouble logging in?

    I am not sure why you received a message that no agents were available as we are available 24/7; it may have just been a matter of having to wait through a queue as all agents were busy on other calls at that time.

    I would suggest that if the self-serve reset option doesn't work for you, try again calling your local Symantec.cloud support number.  https://support.symantec.com/en_US/cloud/cloud-technical-and-language-support.64305.html

    Hi Sym,

    Thanks for your reply, I have tried used the Self-Serve password reset option. It required security question that I need to answer in order to reset the password. The problem is the question was not setup up by me. So , I dont know the correct answer for that security question. For your information, the question maybe was setup by 1stperson that started work in company that i have work currently. That why i have difficulty to use reset password option.
