  • 1.  symantec cmc smc has encountered a problem

    Using SEP mr4mp2 and sep11 ru5 .

    in some pcs i get the error message as shown in the screenshot. and when this appears pc hangs and becomes slow.
    I have remove sep and reinstall it to getout of the trouble .

    what to do i am attaching the dump file which it creates when this error appears.

    Any recent OS updates or patches?

    NO windows update is disabled on all OS . and this is not happening on any perticular machine.

    I am faced similar problem in 2-3 pcs in my office. I removed the SEP client using cleanwipe and installed sep ru 5 once again. Now it is working fine..
