    Hello,

What version of SEP client are you running on the client machine?

In case, you are running the SEP 11.x, try working on the steps provided in the article below:

Issue Related to Low disk space.

Secondly, I would request you to make sure you are running the Latest version of SEP 11.x i.e; SEP 11.0.RU7 MP2

    Hope that helps!!

You can limit the amount of definitions that will be kept on the system.

Currently, you only have the 2 folders.  the second folder (925MB) contains many updates and definitions.

Follow this article and limit the amount of definitions to keep:

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH103956&locale=en_US

You can in the meantime manually delete the extra definitions by date or wait for the system to do it's "housecleaning", meaning it will remove older versions as stipulated by the server.

This article might also help (server side).

The below article describes why several AV revisions are kept on the client, as well as how to reduce that number on SEP11 clients:

I saw the attached image so strongly accept its not SEP 11.x version.

On SEP 11.x version the Definitions will be saved inside this location

    c:\program files\common files\symantec shared\virusdefs\numbered folders with latest date

on SEP 11.x by default it can store up to 3 definitions revisions for backup

This can be modified by http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH103956

But on 12.1 location is changed and by default it is configured to keep only 1 definitions

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Definitions
    or
    C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Definitions

On ur case i believe you are running on SEP 12.1 kindly check this path and let me know how many numbered folder you have
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Definitions

Hope this resolve the issue ........
