Hi. I get Symantec through a licensing agreement with my university. Often, Symantec will have trouble communicating with my Windows Malware software (windows will tell me Symantec is sending information in an outdated format). I susually have to disable the windows malware and just say I will monitor my own software, but sometimes it does work. I do updates regularly, but wondered if others had this problem, or if there were any solutions to stoip this from happening.
