    Has anyone seen before the Symantec server Requesting continues scans from the clients attached to it.

    could you brief what is the issue? Are you referring that the clients keeps on scanning all the time?

     Thanks for the reply. Yes As a client scan stops another kicks of again within seconds.
    2 MS patches were installed on saturday
    KB974392
    KB2286198
    After that the server was rebooted. It looks like it started from that point. The patches have been removed and the Symantec server rebooted But the issue is still there.  Now if i stop the Symantec services on the symantec server the client scans stop. But last night we did find a few Clients On servers that have kept scanning. But after deleting all the LOG files and Anything in the custom task reg key. Stopping and starting the service fixed it.  After seing this i am starting to wonder if the patch has created issues on some clients as well as the symantec server.
