Symantec corp. edition

We are using Symantec corp. edition, today I have noticed that under my system hierarchy center – system hierarchy --- XYZ-SAV(my AV server name) it is showing me disabled, I want to know how to enable this and also is there any problem if it is showing disabled.


Another issue is like some of the machine which are having client AV are not taking the updates and not getting scanned from the local server (they online and pinging from the server and AV client is also installed in that machines), in my organization they are more then 350 users, 100 are on remote location.

i am having a similiar issue and the only fix found so far is to reinstall on the clients. Gotta be a better way.
