    I would like to upgrade the OS from 2003 to 2008 (32bit) and found that the software of Symantec Critical System Protection Agent 5.0 is running the system. Under the KB where can support it the version can support 2008 ? Or any KB is mention need to Upgrade the other version.

    If you upgrade the OS, you will need to use an agent that is compatible with 2k8.  Uninstall the old agent before upgrading the OS.
