Symantec Data Loss Prevention - Username not resolving to mail address

    We are using Symantec Data Loss Prevention 12.0.1 version. In Endpoint Incident details, for SMTP protocol for Recipient mail address, most of the times internal domain usernames are not resolving to their corresponding mail address.

     

    Is there any known limitation or do we have any fix for this issue?

    Venki,

    I do not understand the issue, can you please send a screen shot of the issue. Also please send a copy of the LDAP lookup you have created to populate the attributes.
