    Hello all,

I have the product installed on a Mac computer using Mail email client.

The problem is that always I turn on the computer and I try to send a encrypted message, I receive a error from the Mail SMTP connection. I have noted that the Keys are all Disable on the Encryption Desktop. I have chanfed all keys Enabled and then the message goes encrypted. The problem is that I have to do this process everytime that I turn on the machine.

The question is: Is it possible the keys are always Enable automatically? Why it happen?

    Thanks a lot.

I'm slightly confused by the wording in this. Do you mean that the keys are becoming unverified? Can you attach a screenshot of what the keyring looks like prior to enabling them? If you have Stand alone client meaning that it's not managed bya Symantec Encryption Management Server. There is a key syncronization setting that could be causing the keys to loose their ability to be verified.

Here is a Tech Article that describes this issue. As well as telling you how to disable the key server sync process.

    Brian,

You are right. I had to disable the option to Synchronize with keyservers daily.

Thank you very much for you help, it was useful.
