that's exactly what Clearwell (or DA) is for. create a new search, run the search, review the results, accept the results, add any tags to the items, export them to PST.

Andrew is correct. To do bulk exporting in this manner you need either Discovery Accelerator or the Clearwell eDiscovery Platform IC (Identification and Collection) Module
