  • 1.  Symantec DLP 11.6 integration with Syamntec Web Gateway 5.1

    Hello, I have intergrated Symantec DLP  11.5 and SWG 5.0 succesfully, but after upgrade to latest version DLP 11.6 and SWG 5.1 I cannot monitor traffic. In DLP I don't see no incidents. In compatibility guide i see that DLP 11.6 is working SWG 5.0 and 5.0.2 is it only old giude or I will wait for some patch on DLP.

    Maybe you can check the status of your SWG. Is your SWG still work on Inline+Proxy mode?

    Hello,

    i have the exact same setup here working fine - SWG 5.1 in inline+proxy mode connected to DLP 11.6 for proxy clients.

    Can you check if the SWG is initiating the ICAP traffic/session to the DLP server when you post content (the onbox-packet capture should help you).
