We deployed DLP solution in a large telco recently, we started with deploying endpoint discover first with few basic policies for DCM and IDM. Now, i need symantec professionals help where to go from here? I mean what would be the next stage?are there any documentations available which describe the implemetation stages for DLP step by step?
Any help will be appreciated.
Where are you in the maturity process for DLP? Are you in the baseline phase or the education phase or blocking phase?
Have you looked at the other portions of DLP (Data at Rest, Data in Motion, etc.).

Hi thanks for replying, actually i have been assigned this project the engineer who implemente this solution has left the organisation and i am taking over. Currently there are endpoint discover and protection are in use, there are areound 500 agents. and there is only one group i.e. default group. There are few policies for DCM and IDM implemented but they are not very effective and requires tweaking. Now my problem is, client wants results and i i dont know where to start, i have asked them ro provide me keywords and material for IDM so i can make some new policies. what would you suggest i should so?should i integrate the AD and apply the policies on the basis of AD groups in next step? Your help will be much appreciated.
