Can anyone tell me Symantec DLP Incident Workflow for Incident Management, How to interact with user for this. Can we automate do this using symantec workflow...

So I'm the one who posted that video but from a workflow point of view that video is a little old.  One of the problems when I created that video was the API didn't allow for updating the incident, everything had to be done within the DLP console for updating etc.

Now (11.6.X and higher) the API has been updated to allow for updating the incident.  Take a look at the API docs that are on File Connect
