You can deploy endpoint agents using Active Directory GPO. Here on Connect there's an article describing steps needed:

Please remember, that endpoint agent is an .msi intallation package and there are different types for 32-bit and 64-bit client platform. Installing DLP endpoint agent from .msi package using GPO will also require to create an .mst file with specific parameters (name of the endpoint server, port, names of agent services). This can be done with ORCA.exe - Microsoft MSI editor (This tool is only available in the Windows SDK Components for Windows Installer Developers).
